TSCSL INAUGURAL SEASON COMPLETEDOn November 2, 2008, the TSCSL closed it's inaugural season with the completion of the Intra-League Tournament. The ILT, which was a double-elimination event for our U8-U10 teams, ran over two weekends at sites in Middletown, Norwood, Miamitown, with the Tournament Finals at Patricia Allyn Park in Springboro. Congratulations to the following Clubs and Teams on their winning results: GIRLS U8 Champion- NWC G00 Black GIRLS U9 Champion- CFA G99 White GIRLS U10 Gold Champion- NWC G98 Black GIRLS U10 Silver Champion- CCN Blue Jays BOYS U8 Champion- NWC B00 White BOYS U9 Champion- PRF Hat Tricks B99 BOYS U10 Champion- NKSL All Jacked-Up For complete event results, select SCHEDULES from the link bar and navigate thru the Tournament Schedules. For Spring 2009 U10 teams, the results of the ILT will be used to assist us in properly bracketing teams in their competitive divisions. Teams who showed favorable results in the ILT can expect to advance to more competitive play for the upcoming Spring Season. SPRING 2009 TSCSL MEMBERSHIPThe TSCSL is accepting applications for new members for the upcoming Spring 2009 Season until December 31, 2008. Interested clubs should complete "Application for Membership" and submit to the League Director for review and approval. Eligible clubs are any existing Select Soccer Clubs in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky, and newly formed Select/Recreational organizations in areas which do not compete with existing member clubs. Approved members will be notified by January 15, 2009 in order to be able to complete their pre-registration and participate in the U8-U9 Scheduling Meeting in January. The Spring 2009 format for U8-U9 teams will be a modified festival-style play, and the U10s can expect to continue in Competitive Division Play.
